Requirements
- You do not have a diagnosed eating disorder that has not been under professional care for less than 1 year.
- Must be an action taker and set aside a small chunk of time each week to take action. Without repeated action there can be no real change.
- I will show up on time for my sessions and not be distracted.
- Understand that there will be no meal plans but nutrition goals will be set.
