Hi, I’m Erika Goldschen, CPT, PTA.  I have been a personal trainer for over 13 years, and a wellness coach for 4 years and what I’ve found is that the current ideas of strict diets and hitting the gym like an athlete, doesn’t work for LONG-term weight loss. It is great for athletes and people who are already self-motivated, but let’s face it, that’s not most of us. The average person is on a constant hamster wheel. You may be that person who has tried everything, and none of it stuck. SO NOW WHAT?

I offer a 12-week holistic body transformation package for women that is proven to result in long-term weight loss in many people because it addresses all of the lifestyle issues that keep traditional exercise or diet only programs from working. My program uses established behavioral modification techniques that help you get back on a healthy path to self-forgiveness, tossing those limiting beliefs out the window, all in a non-judgmental and positive environment. We address not just exercise, not just diet, but also the mindset, goal setting and motivational outlook that is needed for real lifestyle changes that last.
